Both Puppiezo and the User will collectively be referred to as “Parties”.

This Terms and Conditions of Service and Use Agreement (“Agreement“) governs and regulates the Users use of this website, Puppiezo which inter alia includes the manner products and services are offered, purchased and the manner and use of information collected from the User. This Agreement includes, and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below. Puppiezo reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this Website. By accessing or using Puppiezo, the User warrant that he/she has read and reviewed this Agreement, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein.

Puppiezo will alert the User about changes or revisions if changes have been made by indicating on the top of this Agreement the date it was last revised. The changed or revised Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on this Website. The User’s use of the Website following the posting any such changes or of a revised Agreement will constitute the User’s acceptance of any such changes or revisions. Puppiezo encourages the User to review this Agreement whenever the User visits the Website to make sure that the User understands the terms and conditions governing use of the Website. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement the User may have with Puppiezo for other products or services. If the User does not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), the User is requested to immediately terminate the Agreement. 

• About the Puppiezo

Puppiezo is an online marketplace which is engaged in the sale and marketing of household pet animals, which inter alia includes dogs, cats, fish etc. and provision of allied services and products. We reserve the right of refusal of services or goods to anyone at our sole discretion to anyone for any reason at any time. 

• Products

Puppiezo offers inter alia the following products and services, which includes, dogs, fish, cats, other pets, pet products, pet foods, pet consultancy, veterinary services, pet services etc.

• Age Restriction and Other User qualifications

Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years and competent to enter into an agreement to use Puppiezo or any services/ products contained herein. By using Puppiezo and agreeing to this Agreement, the User warrants that the User is/are over 18 years of age and competent to legally enter into this Agreement. Puppiezo assumes no responsibility or liability of misrepresentation on part of the User.

• License

Puppiezo may provide the User with certain information for use of the Website and for the selling/ marketing of products and services. Such information may include but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by the Puppiezo, and other materials which may assist the User in using the Website or Services [“Puppiezo Property”]. Subject to these terms of the Agreement, Puppiezo grants the User a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Puppiezo Property solely in connection with the User’s use of the Puppiezo and services and products provided therefrom. Puppiezo Property may not be used for any other purpose and this license terminates upon the User’s cessation of use of Puppiezo or at the termination of this Agreement.

The User agrees not to collect contact information of other Users from the Puppiezo or download or copy any information by means of unsolicited access so as to communicate directly with them or for any reason whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use by the User shall terminate the permission or license granted to the User by Puppiezo. The User also agrees that they shall not bypass any measures used by Puppiezo to prevent or restrict access to the Website.
